All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab, India courts.

Dispute Handling:

We only mediate disputes related to the escrowed amount. Disputes outside our control (e.g., channel demonetization post-sale) are not our liability.

Escrow Structure:

• Buyers pay 20% escrow fee to Channelcow

• This fee is non-refundable once the deal process has started.

• The final 80% is paid directly to the seller (we do not hold or control it).

• Ownership is transferred via platform guidelines and a verified escrow agent.

  Platform Role:

  Channelcow is a facilitator and not the legal owner of digital assets listed. We do not guarantee the quality, legitimacy, or compliance of listed channels/accounts.

  Eligibility:

  You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

  Prohibited Use:

   

  • Listings that involve hacked/stolen assets

  • Users attempting to misrepresent channel ownership

  • Transactions that violate YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook community standards

    Limitation of Liability:

    Channelcow shall not be liable for loss of profit, data, or damages resulting from misuse, fraud, or platform misuse.
