1. Channel Condition & “As-Is” Status

The channel (Bollywood ka Badshah) is sold on an strictly “As-Is” basis, reflecting the exact performance analytics, subscriber count, and watch hours visible at the time of agreement.

Screenshots and screen recordings provided by the seller represent real-time YouTube Studio analytics at the moment of capture.

The seller guarantees that the channel is free from active Community Guidelines strikes or terminations at the moment of transfer.

2. Payment & Escrow Requirements

Full payment must be secured prior to the transfer of administrative control.

If a third-party escrow service or middleman is utilized, the buyer is responsible for all escrow and transaction fees unless mutually negotiated otherwise in writing.

Payments made via irreversible digital methods (e.g., cryptocurrency, direct wire, or verified digital wallets) must show confirmed network/clearing status before credentials or role invitations are shared.

3. Transfer Protocol (Brand Account Ownership)

Transfer will be conducted following standard Google Brand Account protocol:

The buyer supplies a valid Google/Gmail address.

The seller invites the buyer’s email as an Owner / Manager.

Per YouTube’s mandatory security policy, a 7-day waiting period is enforced by Google before the buyer can be promoted to Primary Owner.

After 7 days, the buyer is promoted to Primary Owner, and the seller’s account will be permanently removed.

During the mandatory 7-day transition window, neither party shall delete published videos, alter channel niche settings, or violate YouTube Community Guidelines.

4. Platform & Monetization Disclaimer

The channel has met the 4,000-hour watch-time threshold, but the seller does not guarantee acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), as monetization approval depends entirely on YouTube’s automated and manual review regarding reusable content and original production value.

The seller bears no liability for algorithmic fluctuations, drop in daily views, subscriber churn, or future Content ID claims/copyright strikes once the channel control has been transferred.

5. Inspection Window & Finality

The buyer is granted a 24-hour verification window upon receiving initial access to verify analytics, status, and account health in YouTube Studio.

Once the primary ownership transfer is complete or the 24-hour verification window expires, the transaction is deemed final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
